Teeth grinding and jaw clenching can lead to a number of serious injuries - both to the temporomandibular joint as a whole and to the teeth themselves.

Overlays help to stabilise the position of the jaw and prevent teeth grinding at night.

The length of time the relaxation splints are worn on the teeth depends on the needs of each patient.

The trays can be used for teeth whitening. The special thermoactive overlays allow the gel to reach everywhere and have an optimal effect on the entire teeth

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 Heat water to near boiling point.

2. Place the set cap vertically in the water so that it is fully submerged for about 20-30 seconds. The cap becomes more transparent. Do not allow its walls to stick together due to plasticisation of the material.

3 Remove the cap from the water. Before placing it in the mouth, check with your fingers that it is not too hot.

Place the tray in the mouth as shown, covering the entire dental arch in a U-shape.

5. clamp the mouth and, pressing the tray down with the fingers, cheeks and tongue, hold for 1-2 minutes while extracting water from the splint.

Remove the splint from the dental arch and allow to cool under a jet of cold water (approx. 1 minute)

7. the cap can be trimmed to the appropriate size, thus ensuring the necessary comfort for use. Please note that an exact fit of the cap reduces gel consumption and guarantees an optimal use of the product.

Note: If the cap is too cold to fit the teeth or its walls have stuck together, the heating operation can be repeated.
