Theupper arm blood pressure monitor is an indispensable device for checking the correct diastolic and systolic blood pressure and pulse. It does not require a stethoscope, making it easy to use.

There are markings on the casing that classify the measured pressure according to World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. This allows for a quick initial self-assessment of the measurement result obtained.

The device has a large functional LCD display. When the measurement is complete, the display simultaneously shows the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate. The blood pressure monitor has an anti-slip base.

HOW TO USE:

1. Relax and be quiet before taking a measurement
2. Place the arm band on your arm with the palm upwards, parallel to your heart
3. Keep the outlet tube parallel with the artery
4. Wrap the band tightly around the arm, fasten with Velcro
5. Leave room for one finger thickness
6. Hold the band parallel to your hand
7. Press the on/off button, relax and start the measurement
8. The result will be displayed after 40 seconds
